چکیده
Currently, approximately 70% of paintings in museum collections are affected by the presence metallic soaps, evidenced spherical globules visible on surface paintings. They responsible for altering paintings’ through processes such as exfoliation and cracking, or even form “skins” that appear pictorial layers. The objective this study is investigation icon from Saint Mary Monastery, Techirghiol, Romania, which underwent some restoration procedures. This so important/significant, due to efflorescence correlated with conversion fatty acids, palmitic acid, stearic acid azelaic so-called soaps reaction metals contained pigments painting layer binder. investigated strongly zinc carboxylate aggregation, this, sample was embedded polyester resin obtained cross-section, after polishing, microscopic techniques (optical microscopy (OM), stereomicroscopy, scanning electron electronic dispersion spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy, gas-chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) good agreement data literature. potential result identification quantification soap generated a white deposit (probably salts, kind efflorescence), binding medium metal ionomer, crystallization saturated polymerization oil. Six (calcite, lithopone, carbon black, red ochre, vermilion, ultramarine), present sublayers samples were identified.

Hygromechanical Behaviour of Painted Wooden Panels from the Cultural Heritage
Provided it has been properly processed and implemented in structural applications, including protecting against biological attacks and accounting for moisture induced movements, wood is able to withstand considerable duration of loading thanks to its good resistance to fatigue and sophisticated multi-scale composite structure. For that reason, it is still present as the structural element of v...
متن کاملMechanics of painted wooden panels from the cultural heritage: the case of Mona Lisa
The mechanical response of the wooden support of Mona Lisa to the action of the frame has been modeled using finite elements and compared to observations by optical techniques. The risk of propagation of the existing crack, estimated through the calculation of an elastic energy release rate, was found negligible.

15 صفحه اولassessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea
data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
